Baked Potato Chips Recipe- absolutely easy! | How to make Baked Frenchfries at home

A quick and really easy recipe for chips — and very addictive too.

I promise, like me, you’ll never ever buy chips from the supermarket again. Neva eva!

Ingredients

  • Potato- 3
  • Dried rosemary - 1/2 tsp
  • Dried thyme - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt- 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Sweet Paprika powder - 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Corainder powder - 1/2 tsp

Method

Preheat the oven to 225 C.

Peel and cut the potatoes. Slice into 1/2 inch chips, like so.

Boil in salted water for 7 minutes and drain .

While still hot, add all the spices , salt and olive oil. The potatoes tend to absorb flavours better while hot.

Toss around and mix well ensuring that all the potatoes are covered well.

Place in a single layer on a roasting tray and bake for about 18-20 minutes till lovely and brown.

They have character, they have poise .. and they are absolutely delicious!

And they are yours, for the eating!
