Ingredients
- Meatballs- 10-15
- Tomato Ketchup- 2 tbsp
- Tomato puree- 1/4 cup
- Oregano- 1/4 tsp
- Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
- Cheese, any, grated- 1/4 cheese
- Pasta- 1/2 cup
- Garlic grated- 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder- 1/4 tsp
- Olive oil- 1 tsp
- Salt- to taste
Method
Step 1
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Do not drain the pasta, but leave it in the water. this water will be used to thicken the pasta.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat a wok. Add olive oil. fry the garlic for 30 seconds. add in the tomato puree. Add ketchup. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Add in the chilli powder, oregano, coriander powder. Mix well.
Step 4
Add in the cooked meatballs and fry for 4-5 minutes.
Step 5
Add in the boiled pasta. Mix well till the tomato mixture covers all the pasta well. You might need to add about 1/4 cup from the pasta water, to make the sauce, if all the tomato has dried up.
Serve hot with some grated cheese on top.
