If I could, I would eat prawns all day, everyday. Whether in a complex spicy curry or batter dipped and fried like the Japanese version, they are just fabulous. From the tiniest shrimp to the largest king Prawns, I love them all and am always looking for different ways to cook them.
This is a lovely recipe sans coconut that my Mum used to make.

- Garam Masala- 1/4 tsp

Method

Step 3
Chop the onions and coriander leaves.

Fry onions till pink. Add ginger, garlic paste. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
Step 6
Add the tomatoes, add some salt and a pinch of sugar. Let the tomato soften.
Step 7
Add in the turmeric and chilli powders.
Step 8
Add the prawns. mix well. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Step 9
Add the coriander powder and garam masala. Mix well.
Step 10
