An easy breakfast or lunchbox item, this one is sorted very easily.
- Panini bread- 1
- Boiled egg- 1
- Butter- for spreading
- Cheese, grated- 2 tbsp, optional , cheese spread
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mayonnaise- 1 tbsp
- English mustard- 1/2 tsp
Boil and slice the egg.
Cut the panini bread through the centre.
Butter the panini bread from outside.
Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the inside of the bread.
Arrange the egg slices, sprinkle salt and pepper. add the cheese slice. You could also use cheese spread if you like.
Close tight and serve as it is or toasted. Do remember to apply some oil on the bread and toast for 1 minute. The oil helps keeps the bread from getting hard and gives it that lovely crunch!
