Banana & Peanut butter Smoothie

Smoothies are a quick way of quickly getting all the best healthy ingredients into your diet.

This Banana smoothie recipe which has been created by my son who absolutely loves my new Nutribullet and now he is looking for ways and means to make new smoothie combinations!

This recipe is smooth, creamy and delicious and the peanut butter in it keeps you filled for much longer.


  • Banana- 1
  • Peanut Butter- 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla Icecream- 3 heaped tbasp, or 2 scoops
  • Milk- 1/2 cup


Step 1

Peel and chop banana.

Step 2

Put alongwith rest of ingredients into a blender or Nutribullet like I did.

Step 3

Whizz and serve!


I made this recipe in my new Nutribullet, which took 30 seconds flat,  but you could use a blender if you like.
