The angled stainless steel blade slices all kinds of vegetables and fruits easily. I love the soft handle with its comfortable grip and the non-slip feet keep the slicer steady as you work on its with a varierty of fruit and vegetables.

The safety food holder helps protect your fingers while you slice, and I like that you can slice right upto the last bit, resulting in next to no waste, because you can slice small things like mushrooms effortlessly without the fear of cutting your fingers.

I put it to the test on a variety of tasks- julienned carrots, sliced both mushrooms and onions in minutes!

Here’s what I made that day!

Dhingri Dulma– a delightful dish made with mushrooms and Paneer that’ll absolutely wow your guests.

This dish is quick to cook, but normally takes very long to prep, but with my Mandoline Slicer– it took just a couple of minutes!

I was so happy, I also quickly julienned some carrots and made a lovely crunchy salad that takes me back home!
