So which gadgets do you think are important to a foodblogger? Do you imagine they only be interested in spices and spoons and such? Of course not.

Technology plays an immensely important role for a blogger, specially for the foodblogger because things are recorded as they happen.

I don’t know about others, but in my kitchen, the iPad has an immense role to play. Whether looking up something while I’m cooking or documenting my own creations as I go along, or simply playing some music or watching something to keep boredom at bay, my kitchen is never without the I pad.

But for this little bit of technology to be kept safe in a place where things are constantly moving- an iPad cover/ stand  is vital.

I was so delighted to receive this stunning iPad Mini cover from Kujali.  I fell in love straightaway with its striking red and black combination- black leather on the outside and stunning red suede on the inside; it’s just breathtakingly beautiful.

Sturdy and yet good-looking, the Kujali iPad cover has several noteworthy features. The most important in my opinion being  the attention given to providing extra reinforcement to the corners- a point always overlooked by most manufacturers. I can’t begin to tell you how many of my phones and tablets have died just because of this.

It also has a black strap that lets you carry the iPad effortlessly around when not in use.

The inside cover itself has a few indentations, so you can angle the iPad conveniently- just as you like it whichever angle you choose whether you are reading or watching a movie, its easy to set it up.

You don’t need to fiddle with the iPad when it needs charging. Once you slip the iPad into this lovely case, you are done. Also, all the buttons are extremely accessible.

The case has excellent shock absorbent silicone skin and PU shell protection, so the iPad is extremely safe in this cover, whether you have a toddler around the house or a bumbling teenager- you are sorted.

But if you thought KUJALI was just all about style and stunning looks, you are wrong.

KUJALI is a company with a heart. KUJALI in Swahili means- to care for.

Being really affected by the devastation that malaria caused in Africa, Marc Day the founder of this company, decided to do his bit of community welfare. He developed this beautiful stunning product and has committed to donating a mosquito net from every iPad cover sold.

Style, functionality, safety, security and community welfare all rolled in one.
