Julienne Peeler from OXO- a handy helper
I really like experimenting with salads and was over the moon when I received this nifty little gadget from OXO- the Good Grips Julienne peeler.
You might think this is just another peeler, but it is a truly a great asset in the kitchen. You don’t need to wash up the food processor or need any elbow grease on your grater. In just a few seconds, this little peeler can create mounds of even perfectly shaped juliennes from courgettes, carrots and even apples. Absolutely effortless.
The peeler is sharp and therefore has a really nifty safety protector that can be slid on when not in use.
The peeler makes little work of any vegetables and will be a delight to use.
I made this lovely Courgette Salad in just 2 minutes.
