Chippa – a delicious range of Free from sauces
I love using condiments, they do bring out the flavour of food.
I was recently sent these sauces from Chippa- a range of Free-from sauces. Made me curious, really.
There were 3 sauces- the Brown Sauce which is Gluten free, Tomato Ketchup which is also Gluten free and May-O ( mayonnaise ) which is Gluten, egg and dairy free.
I tried all the sauces- the brown sauce with my Sunday full English breakfast- went really well. My son loved eating it and he couldn’t spot the difference between that and regular brown sauce. He ate it with his mushrooms and fried eggs and tomatoes.
I loved the Tomato Ketchup as well. Seemed quite like the original one, couldn’t really tell the difference.
The star, has to be the May-o- because that in my eyes is the hardest to make without the use of eggs. It is absolutely delish.
I do feel really sad for people with allergies, being denied different kinds of foods is really sad and not being able to eat them ever is even more sad. Three cheers to Chippa who have brought flavour to people who can’t have regular food.
