I received the Santoku knife and the Paring knife for review.<\/p>\n

Santoku knives are the dream of every good cook and these versatile knives are just\u00a0 perfect for chopping, mincing and dicing.<\/p>\n

The special thing about a Santoku knife is its shape and the grooves on the side. These\u00a0 help release thin slices and sticky food after slicing.<\/p>\n

This feature is what makes this knife really special for me as it increases the chopping speed many times over.<\/p>\n

I also received the paring knife , another really sharp knife.<\/p>\n

The knives are sooo sharp, I could chop all day!<\/p>\n

I minced up some carrots and onions in a jiffy.<\/p>\n

Normally chopping carrots so small takes a while and is a lot of pressure for the wrist. Not so much trouble with these knives anymore.<\/p>\n

The knives are made of hardened stainless steel and have smooth, ergonomic handles that are easy to hold. They are not overly heavy and do not weigh down the wrist. They are also Dishwasher Safe, but I prefer washing it under running water. Chopping with these knives is quite a pleasure as they are extremely sharp. I’ve used these knives for a few weeks and am so so happy with them, don’t know how I survived without them before. I highly recommend them.<\/p>\n
