Something is always bubbling away on the hob. So, as you can imagine, I always have the need for good pans that can keep up with my cooking.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, I have been sent a terrific pan from SCANPAN. Also, these versatile sturdy pans can be used on any hob types- that in my eyes is a big plus.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-6461\" src=\"http:\/\/vaish.sengupta.net\/of-cloves-and-capers\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/20150212-P1110552-575x431.jpg\" alt=\"20150212-P1110552\" width=\"575\" height=\"431\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vaish.sengupta.net\/of-cloves-and-capers\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/20150212-P1110552-575x431.jpg 575w, https:\/\/vaish.sengupta.net\/of-cloves-and-capers\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/20150212-P1110552.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 575px) 100vw, 575px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The sturdy handle is strong, does not get hot all.<\/p>\n<p>I really love the sturdy lid that lets you cook in less oil and saves both time and energy as well as loss of valuable nutrients.<\/p>\n<p>The pan has a fantastic non-stick base and can be used for making pancakes, sauce, curries- you name it!<\/p>\n<p>Remember not to turn the heat on too high or use any aerosol sprays- they could ruin the non stick coating. As always, wash with warm water before the first use.<\/p>\n<p>The pans are not the cheapest, but remember that quality comes at a cost- and this will be an amount well spent, because it will last you for years and years to come in your kitchen.
