I love funky kitchen gadgets especially if they save me time.<\/p>\n

My most recent acquisition is the Instant Pot Duo a shining, modern, sleek Electric Cooker-\u00a0the 3rd generation\u00a0Instant Pot with\u00a0many new features.<\/p>\n

Its\u00a0new slimmer body design has\u00a0lid holders for both left- and right- handed users and the stainless steel main cooking pot is nice and large and has a thick bottom. It also has a pot lifter and a couple of spatulas and a cup measure for rice.<\/p>\n

It’ s a \u00a07-in-1 Multi-Functional Power Cooker and can proudly boast that it is<\/p>\n

  1. an Automatic Pressure Cooker with two pressure settings.<\/li>\n
  2. \u00a0can Saut\u00e9 directly in the cooking pot,<\/li>\n
  3. a Slow Cooker,<\/li>\n
  4. a Rice Cooker,<\/li>\n
  5. a Pressure and non-Pressure Steamer,<\/li>\n
  6. a Porridge Maker,<\/li>\n
  7. a Food Warmer and<\/li>\n
  8. a Yogurt Maker.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    I tried cooking a few things with this!<\/p>\n

    Mung Bean Chilli<\/a>–<\/strong> It was really easy to cook this and converted a long drawn job into a matter of minutes.<\/p>\n

    I also tried making \u00a0QUICK PRAWNS AND PEAS PULAO\/ PILAF\/ PILAU<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Why I like this pressure cooker.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Safety<\/em>\u00a0– The pressure cooker is extremely safe to use and has \u00a0two different pressure releases- a natural release and a quick release.<\/span><\/p>\n

    2. Looks- \u00a0 it is very classy, sleek and stylish, not like any boring old pressure cooker.<\/p>\n

    3. Noise – It is really\u00a0quiet & makes very little noise while cooking, no startling noises at all.<\/p>\n

    4. Simplicity of Use: \u00a0The control panel display is larger &\u00a0features a clearer layout. It has\u00a014 easy to use – preset smart programs for cooking. You could also\u00a0choose the Manual option, should you\u00a0wish to cook manually.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    5. Convenience- it is quite the fill it- shut it- forget it kinds. It will do everything on its own.<\/p>\n

    6. Cleaning- is extremely easy.<\/p>\n

    The biggest advantage is that it saves time.<\/span><\/p>\n
