I come from tea loving India, where on the slopes of the Darjeeling and the hills of Assam grows the tea that is loved all over the world. Needless to say, tea is a major feature of our day.<\/p>\n

So tea, tea making and teapots make for an important part of our lives.<\/p>\n

I was really excited to receive this unique and intriguing teapot for reviewing.<\/p>\n

The teapot itself\u00a0is sleek and stylish, made of glass with a lovely red lid and an inbuilt strainer.<\/p>\n

If you are a tea drinker, you will know how finicky tea drinkers are. In my family itself, we have so many specifications- the just 1 minute, exactly 3\u00a0minutes,\u00a0and the list goes on..<\/p>\n

As you can expect, tea making is a ordeal.<\/p>\n

Finum’<\/a>s teapot takes the stress out of all this.<\/p>\n

Let’s look at how it’s made.<\/p>\n

A built-in strainer is\u00a0where all the action happens. It is fitted with a\u00a0red lid that has\u00a0a blade which fits\u00a0into a slot inside the strainer.<\/p>\n

The bottom of the strainer\u00a0has holes only on one part of the base.<\/p>\n

Now,\u00a0on to the tea making!<\/p>\n

Pour tealeaves as\u00a0required- add in hot water.. and when the brewing time is up, just turn the lid.. and watch the magic.<\/p>\n

See how the tea leaves get pushed to one side! The infusion\u00a0simply stops brewing!<\/p>\n

So simple.<\/p>\n

I would say it’s an excellent design, lets\u00a0the infusion stay at the exact\u00a0strength and you can drink it – as you like it!<\/p>\n

And then if you want a stronger tea, simply turn the lid\u00a0in the opposite direction and the process continues.<\/p>\n

A really neat addition to teatime! No fiddling with strainers. Just infuse and pour.<\/p>\n

The teapot is dishwashable\u00a0which also makes cleaning a breeze.<\/p>\n
