I simply diced a breast of chicken and chopped up half a courgette/zucchini , a red pepper , and half an onion. I heated some oil in a wok, stirfried the chicken on high heat for 2-3 minutes. I poured in the sauce and cooked for another 2 minutes. Then, I threw in the vegetables, gave then a quick stir and threw in some roasted cashewnut. I ate this with some steaming hot rice, but it would be delicious with noodles as well. You could use this for any meat , tofu, white fish, prawns or even vegetables.

I made a quick light salad with the Sesame and Miso sauce. The sauce has a really light and refreshing taste and brings through the freshness of the vegetables.

For the salad I used 4-5 red radishes and 1 gem letuce cut fine.
